JerseyCAN published an Educator Workforce Series to assess the state of our educator workforce and identify policy opportunities that will strengthen and support a more agile teacher workforce of the future. We must use data to inform the supply of our teachers and improve the pipeline so that it is rooted in experiential learning and 21st-century skills to support all students’ learning needs.
